- Delays and Lost Packages: Towel Talk is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
- International Shipping: We currently ship only to New Zealand outside of Australia.

- Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Clearance or sale items are non-returnable
